Our History

Pollo Royal emerges as an initiative driven by the desire to improve an emigrant family. A group of Salvadorans who after different work experiences in Italian franchise restaurants, took the decision to form an organization whose objective was to share the flavor of traditional latin food.

After spending three years living in the country, the Ortez family inaugurated its first restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina and later opened in the cities of Revere and Lynn, Massachusetts. The dedication and perseverance that always characterized the founding team today became the pillars that built the chain of six restaurants in the United States.

The family union, good communication and the strategic projection of the partners have allowed over the years the name of Pollo Royal to be associated with good quality, commitment and good service; values that frame the business activities.
